Mudanjiang Zhongyuan Drilling Co.,Ltd. is a joint-stock company incorporated in March, 2003. It is based on Mudanjiang Zhongyuan Petroleum Machinery Factory. Under the support of the municipal government, the company took actively part in the reform of state-owned enterprise in July, 2003, successfully merged Mudanjiang Petroleum Downhole Tools Co., Ltd. (the former as munitions factory). Thus the company has made notable gains in productivity, and been one of leading enterprise in the circle of Mudanjiang Petroleum Machinery.
