The cummins products using aluminum alloy 52313 model materials and carter pontius products using copper alloy UNS C93200 model materials have been analyzed in-depth, on that basis, technology optimized to formula, craft, equipment and manufacturing and etc.

Qianwang, applying nanotechnology of Institute of Materials, Zhejiang University to smelting and casting, successfully realized production of high-performance of special aluminum magnesium alloy QW/Al-001 and copper alloy QW/Cu-003 after two-year’s hard work, attaining two state invention patents separately.
