On September 13, CNPC's first 2300 Fracturing Truck successfully passed the industrial test after 13 days of onsite application in the largest scale sandfrac acidizing operation at Well Wei-205, the company's key project for shale gas exploration and development in Sichuan Province.
The vehicle-mounted operation system and remote operation system of 2300 Fracturing Truck are developed by Chengdu branch of CNPC Baoji Oilfield Machinery Co., LTD with proprietary intellectual property rights (currently in the process of patent application). It has overcome drawbacks of traditional simulation systems such as deviation and time delay, and realized full digital communication and control of engine and gearbox. Boasting user friendliness, easy operation, accurate measurement, flexible reaction and stable performance, the system's exclusive user management interface can prevent accident risks caused by other people's maloperation.
The 2300 Fracturing Truck has the largest power amongst the 18 fracturing trucks used in the sandfrac acidizing operation at Well Wei-205 from September 1 to 13. Withstanding continuous high pressure, peak load and high flow rate, the 2300 Fracturing Truck pumped for accumulatively 61.46 hours with a total pumping volume of 2664.71 cubic meters, and stopped working with zero accident.
