Ltd, Shandong Province on June 5, 2017. An explosion occurred in Yangchun Industrial Park, Jiang'an County, Yibin city, Sichuan Province on July 12, 2018. The vinyl chloride leakage deflagration accident occurred in Hebei Shenghua Chemical Industry Co Ltd, located in Zhangjiakou Wangshan Circular Economy Demonstration Park on November 28, 2018. The explosion of the chemical tanks in Jiangsu Tianjiayi Chemical Co., Ltd. located in Xiangshui County, Yancheng city, Jiangsu Province on March 21, 2019.

The Ministry of Emergency Management, PRC paid close attention to the safety production of the petroleum and petrochemical industries and organized experts meetings to discuss the solutions and formulate new standards.
